Richard Holloway

I'm researching the Holloway family from Upton on Severn and came across this interesting snippet in the National Archives:

"Between James Parker and Susannah Parker, of Mathon, of the first
part, Anne Giffins, of Worcester, of the second part, and Richard
Holloway, of Mathon, of the third part. Concerns a messuage and related
property in Hanley Castle"dated 1757.

Does anyone know of a Holloway family living in Mathon? I'm researching in particular a Richard born around 1792 (the son of the above?). He married Sarah Brooks in 1815 and lived in Upton on Severn all his life.
